Rafael sees Callie working with a new foster kid at the drop-in center, but when Callie tells Rafael she let AJ stay overnight and had stolen things, he fires Callie.

It's My Party

Rafael comes to Callie's birthday party and tells Rita that she lost her job.

If and When

Rafael runs into Callie at a coffee shop and says they should catch up, when Callie was going to meet AJ, but when she thought she saw someone at the door, she immediately left.
