Lucy "Lou" Chan is a recurring character in the second season of The Fosters, and was Brandon's love interest. She was first introduced in Take Me Out. She is a member of the band Someone's Little Sister, playing the bass guitar and as a lead singer.
Lou is portrayed by actress Ashley Argota.
Biography[]
Lou was introduced in season 2 and was a possible love interest for Brandon. They officially started dating in the episode Someone's Little Sister, but broke up due to Brandon wanting to go to Idyllwild Crest School of Music.
Physical Appearance[]
Lou is of Filipino descent. She is 5' 6" and has long, messy brown hair. She dresses in a rocker-chic style, with big jewelry, and basic clothes. She is physically attractive.

Brandon meets Lou in the episode Take Me Out. He joins the band Someone's Little Sister soon after this. As a result of joining the band, he and Lou develop a flirtatious relationship. The two start a romantic relationship in Someone's Little Sister and began dating. Lou tells Brandon she loves him in The End of the Beginning. It is possible the broke up upon of Brandon's decision to attend Idyllwild to continue his career in classical music while Lou went on tour with the band instead.
