Kaitlyn Reihl is a recurring character on the Freeform series, The Fosters. Kaitlyn is the head of the first dance team and a member of it at Anchor Beach Community Charter School. She made her first appearance in Things Unknown.

A popular and self-centered girl, Kaitlyn takes her role as captain of the dance team very seriously. At the same time though, she is not above using the position to her advantage, such as bossing around her teammates around and changing their routines on purpose. Kaitlyn is very biased when selecting potential dance team members, only being fair when the person is an exceptional dancer, such as Tia.
Kaitlyn is very thoughtless, mean, and hypocritical; she often broke the "rules" of the dance team by showing off routines in public places. Kaitlyn kicked off April from the team when she became drunk at a party, despite the fact that Kaitlyn was far more intoxicated at the event. She even went as far as to cyberbully her former friend, only willing to allow April back onto the team to spite Mariana.
