Biography[]
Physical Appearance[]
Jill is a petite woman and of average height. She has short blonde hair and green eyes. She dresses in an elegant and classy attire.
Personality[]
Jill seemed uncomfortable around Callie at first, especially when she saw the large impression Callie left on Sophia. Jill attempted to disguise her discomfort, but it still showed through enough. Eventually though, she began to warm up towards both Jude and Callie, showing a kind, nurturing, welcoming demeanor. Jill comes to accept Callie and Jude as part of the family, even giving them motherly advice from time-to-time.
Series[]
Jill makes her first appearance in "Say Something" when Callie went over to the Quinn household to meet her father and his family. Jill was shown to be a kind woman but also seemed uncomfortable at the prospect of meeting Callie. After Sophia took Callie to her room, Jill found the girls playing with the family dog.
Jill is on the boat and listening to Callie and Sophia talk and bond together. She appears less than happy when Sophia disregards her expensive school (although Callie says how great the school sounds) and when hearing about Callie having a boyfriend and the impression it may have on Sophia. When Callie leaves for a moment, she scolds Sophia for her flippant treatment of her in front of Callie. She explains that she understands that Sophia wants to appear to be cool, but rudeness will not be tolerated.
When Jude bows out of a boat trip with Callie, Robert, and Sophia, Jill keeps him company on the family yacht and they play cards. She asks Jude about how it seems that he and Callie have found a good home with Stef and Lena. Jude agrees, saying how while they didn't grow up together, their adoptive/foster siblings do feel like their true brothers and sisters. Jill asks him if Callie is happy and he says yes. However, she inquires as to why Callie would run away then and he tells her how Callie doubted that both of them could get adopted together. When she tries pressing for further details surrounding Callie running away, he goes vaguely in detail.
She was present at the meeting between Callie and Rita in regards to the charity for Girls United. She and Robert offered the house to be used for the occasion, which excited Sophia. Callie requested that Jill and the Quinn's tell everyone that she was just a family friend and not Robert's daughter. Jill explained to Sophia that they must respect Callie's wishes. Sophia panicked anyway and demanded to know why she couldn't tell anyone that they are sisters. She wondered what she's supposed to do or say if people notice their strong resemblance and comment on it. Jill explained that they will thank them for the compliment, but that they will respect Callie's wishes and play it off. Later in that day, Sophia abruptly asked Callie to have a sleepover, and Jill looked torn, especially when she saw the pair of them in Sophia's bed, asleep. She was next seen standing with Robert and Sophia at the charity and clutched Robert's hand lovingly when Callie admitted to the party that Robert is her father.
Jil was present at the meeting with the judge, along with Robert and Sophia. She is saddened when Callie explained how much she wanted to be a part of the Adams Foster family. The judge ruled that Callie must see her paternal side of the family. Callie stated that she will not visit Jill or Sophia, only Robert. She added in that she won't go back to their house either. Jill was next seen when Callie called the police after Sophia's suicide attempt. Tearful at the revelation that her only child wanted to end her life, Jill took Sophia home.
A disgruntled Jude showed up unannounced at the Quinn family's door. Jill, being the only one home, invited him in and made him a sandwich, and asked him how he got there. Jude replied that he had to take several buses, which worried her. She is shocked when Jude inadvertently revealed Callie's plan to move in with them. She explained to Jude that she wanted the same thing that Jude wanted: Callie's happiness and safety. She explained that Jude would be a part of their family, too, and could visit as often as he wanted to see his sister.Appearances (7/101)[]
