It's My Party is the sixth episode in Season 3 of The Fosters. It aired on July 13, 2015. It is the forty-eighth episode overall.
Summary[]
Callie thinks she's celebrating her 17th birthday with just the family, but Jude surprises her with a house party. Jude's surprise risks exposing both Callie's and Mariana's secrets when he innocently invites Rafael and Wyatt to attend. Meanwhile, Brandon's suspicions about AJ's behavior come to a head, and Mariana and Callie decide to buy a car together without telling their moms.

- Callie discovers Mariana's hook up with Wyatt, when Wyatt admits it to her, and is upset by it, straining her relationship with Mariana.
- Sophia was told about her father's affair, which lead to her parents separation, and is angry and humiliated by her father's infidelity. Robert is shown to eventually make amends with his upset daughter in this episode.
- AJ and Callie share a kiss in the end of this episode, which is witnessed by Stef.
- Brandon finally tells Mike how he's felt neglected by him since he's taken in AJ, but makes up with Mike.
- Stef and Lena begin marriage counselling and begin to amend their struggling communication problems.
- This is first episode where Brandon and Sophia talk to each other (on screen).
