Caaron (Callie and Aaron; pronunciation Ca-Aron) is the name of the friendship and former romantic pairing between Callie Adams Foster and Aaron Baker.

Callie and Aaron met each other in the episode "Trust". The two get along right now and becomes friends. However, despite Callie having a boyfriend, the attraction between the two only grow. Eventually, in the episode "Dirty Laundry", they shared their first kiss.
